A full service newsletter is exactly that, a full service newsletter. Our newsletter gives your practice the ability to produce a patient newsletter that is customized to your practice - complete and professional while minimizing the hassles of responsibility within your office. We will take care of the production, customizing, folding, tabbing and mailing of the entire project while requiring only a mailing list and the customized information that you would like to include in each issue.

Color pictures are eye-catching, and today’s savvy patients know that color is an indication the professionalism of you and your practice. Instead of “dumbing-down” our newsletter, we use state-of-the-art full color production on a high-quality paper to promote the upstanding image of your practice. Our full color approach has a professional, upscale feel that looks like you took the time to produce and publish a newsletter that is worth your patients’ attention.

No Subscription Required
We publish a new issue every 90 days, corresponding with the seasons of the year and no subscription is required. Each issue features a Personalized Panel opposite the mailing address that can be used for an editorial, testimonial, office announcement, birthdays—you name it. Send us your text and photos and we’ll give it the same look and feel as the rest of the issue.

How Much Does It Cost?
The minimum order for mailing is 200 newsletters and customizing each issue is a nonrefundable US $44.95 design fee. Just multiply the number you need by 59 cents to compute the printing cost plus the design fee. Add an additional 40 cents per piece to include folding, tabbing and mailing so it’s ready to go without hassling your staff with details.

Will I See A Proof?
After we work in your picture(s), logo, name and lay out your Personalization Panel, we’ll fax you a proof to review and approve. If you like it, we'll send you an actual newsletter for a second approval. Nothing gets printed until you say "Go!" Fax your approval back with a signature and we’ll start the presses. Elapsed time? About two to three weeks, based upon how many proofs are necessary and how quickly you respond.
